Annual General Meeting
All former students of All Saints' College are invited to attend the 2025 Annual General Meeting of the Old Saints (Former Students' Association Inc.)

Monday 17 February 2025 | 6.00pm
Where:
Centre for Performing Arts Foyer, All Saints' College Parking via Gate 3 off Ewing Avenue
All 2025 Committee positions will be elected at the AGM and new members are welcome and encouraged to nominate. Nominations for all positions require the form (link below) to be completed and returned via email by Friday 14 February 2025 to oldsaints@allsaints.wa.edu.au. In addition, a Special Resolution will be presented at the AGM to recommend changes to the Constitution and Rules of All Saints' College Former Students Association Incorporated.
The Special Resolution shall be decided by the votes of not less than 75% of the members of the FSA who cast a vote at the meeting. The proposed changes are routine updates of an administrative nature. Immediately following the AGM will be the first Ordinary Committee Meeting for 2024.
